Oookay, to say the least that I had been waiting SO LONG for this book is an understatement! And as a heads up - while you can definitely read this book as a standalone, you get SO MUCH MORE out of it if you read the whole series first. I think you'd understand more of what was going on - plus you would get more of Paris' and Sienna's stories and development. Especially Paris. And throughout the whole series you are REALLY rooting for Paris and hoping against hope he gets his happy ending. We've been waiting a long time for his book to come in the series, and it definitely doesn't disappoint!

And man, do you feel bad for Paris throughout this. Because of everything he's had to sacrifice for his friends and to even get close to finding Sienna again, he's become much, much darker. So much so the angels start becoming concerned. Yet he's still hating himself for everything he's done, will have to do, and he keeps telling himself it would be better once he finds her to let her go. (There are so many AWWW PARIS parts it's not even funny.)

Then we get to Sienna, who is the PERFECT girl for Paris. When we first meet her earlier in the series, she's not that strong willed. She definitely grows in the book though. And she's not afraid of Paris and doesn't want him to go.

I can't say too much without giving a LOT away, but this book just blew me away. I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN. I've adored these two characters for a long time and I love them even more now after this book. It's a definite MUST READ!!! :)

Also - shout-out to this BEAUTIFUL COVER! It' s one of my absolute favorites!!!
